Yellow Coaching is a team of two qualified business and executive coaches who work with successful, established businesses and organisations throughout Australia.
Based in Morpeth in the Hunter Valley of NSW, they have helped thousands of professionals, leaders and teams improve their performance and achieve business and organisational success.
Yellow Coaching’s business name was inspired by the leader’s yellow jersey of the Tour de France. A former competitive cyclist, Principal Andrew Masi was coached to perform at an elite level.
As passionate about business and leadership as he is about sport, in 2004 Andrew founded Yellow Coaching to lead the way in business and organisational coaching.
Just as an elite athlete works with a performance coach to tweak and adjust their game, Yellow Coaching works with leaders to achieve peak performance in themselves; their team; and their business or organisation.

An international-award-winning business and executive coach, Andrew has been a keynote speaker at several international coaching conferences. During his 10 years as franchise owner of the world’s foremost international coaching business, Andrew was consistently in the top 10 coaches worldwide.
Andrew is a former cyclist who has been coached to perform at an elite level. Andrew knows that discipline, motivation, and effort are key ingredients in achieving goals.
Having completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) Degree at the University of Newcastle, Andrew then completed his further accreditation to become a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).
Andrew is also a qualified Financial Planner and holds the highest designation awarded by CPA Australia to its Financial Planner members.
During his 15 years in the finance industry, Andrew was a leading Practice Development Manager with the NAB, coaching financial planners in Northern New South Wales to successfully run their businesses. Andrew was also a successful financial planner with the NAB in Melbourne after making the transition from chartered accounting.
Andrew loves learning and is always reading or listening to business or professional development books and podcasts (as well as being mad about history, music and sport!). He is passionate about sharing what he learns with everyone he knows.
When not working you’ll find Andrew on a course (you guessed it – a golf course); out to lunch with friends; or watching sport with his wife, son, and daughter.
Business and Executive Coach Julianne Schwenke has been an integral part of Yellow Coaching’s growth and success since 2010, providing practical advice, strategies, and tools for success to leaders and teams within the public and private sector.
A qualified Business Coach, Personal Coach, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach Practitioner, Julianne has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Public Relations from the University of Canberra.
She has a diverse business background across a range of industries and locations in key customer service and client relationship roles, including:
Julianne is passionate about effective communication and writing. She is a people-person who loves improving team culture, and helping people define and reach their goals.
Believing in constant and never-ending improvement, she learns from masters of personal and professional development such as Dr John Demartini and Anthony Robbins. Fascinated by psychology and social research, she is on a never-ending quest to learn what makes people tick.
Julianne enjoys down time with her husband and teenage sons. When not at work you’ll find her walking the dog; at home with a good book letting her introvert shine; or planning gardening projects she’s unlikely to implement.
Accounts and Administration Guru Rhiannon has been keeping the Yellow Coaching team on their toes since 2020. A super-organiser, Rhiannon is always one-step ahead. She ensures the office runs smoothly and clients are well looked after.
When not at work making endless lattes for everyone, you’ll find her researching even more efficient ways to manage her time, cooking, or enjoying camping weekends with her husband and two young children.
