This 8 session group coaching program runs fortnightly in Morpeth, a short drive from Maitland or Newcastle. Each 2.5 hour session focuses on an essential area of business mastery including:

Also included is a one-on-one coaching session at the end of the program to review the course and plan your next steps, fortnightly calls with your accountability coach, workbook and handouts for each session, essential business books that every business owner should read, a DISC Profile, complimentary attendance at our workshops for the year and our Annual Client Conference, and eligibility for our Annual Client Awards.
