Many business owners start their business with a definite purpose in mind, yet as the months and years go by, they lose their focus. And a business owner without direction is not able to rally a team to help them move towards a common goal.

A vision is a statement of what you want to achieve, and the legacy you want to leave behind. A great example is local business Additive-Free Pantry’s vision to “Eradicate the use of food additives worldwide.” Inspirational, powerful, and a reason to get up in the morning to say the least! And definitely a vision that will lead a growing team towards a common goal.
